Education: B.A. in English and Creative Writing from The University of Iowa. MFA in Screenwriting from The University of Southern California.

Shawn is a native of Rockland County, NY, but his pen has guided him to many places. After studying English and Creative Writing at the University of Iowa, he earned an MFA in screenwriting at the University of Southern California. With the Cali-spirit still in him, Shawn is back on the east coast making films in his hometown.

Shawn is an easygoing, straightforward guy. He aims to make learning fun and interactive but believes in accountability. He is always more than happy to help with your child’s academic needs. But for him, it’s more than just improving grades, it’s about building character as well.
