Education: B.S. in Biology from North Carolina State University; M.S. in School Counseling from The College of New Rochelle. RN-BSN from Lehman College

A graduate of Eastchester High School, Lisa earned her BS in Biology from North Carolina State University, where she went on to work as a Research Technician for a Food Science Lab. She came back to NY and earned her MS in School Counseling from The College of New Rochelle and her RN-BSN Degree from Lehman College. Currently, Lisa is a Registered Nurse at a Skilled Nursing Facility/Rehabilitation Center.

She has over 8 years of experience tutoring in SAT Math and ACT Math/Science, as well as over 10 years of experience tutoring in Algebra and middle school math and sciences. She also taught a course on Living Environment. Lisa effectively differentiates instruction and adapts to her students’ learning needs, so she can help students with a variety of ability levels.
