Aaron Marsh is a distinguished mathematics educator with over 17 years of experience teaching students from grades 7 through Advanced Placement Calculus BC and AP Statistics. Known for his depth of content knowledge and unwavering commitment to student achievement, Aaron creates a supportive and intellectually rigorous environment in every session.
Throughout his career, Aaron has developed and led advanced high school honors programs, overseen district-wide curriculum initiatives, and served in leadership roles including Mathematics Department Chair, Assistant Principal at both the middle and high school levels, and District Coordinator of Mathematics and Business. He has also taught college-level mathematics courses in precalculus, algebra, and statistics, where he has consistently helped students strengthen conceptual understanding and build confidence in their mathematical abilities.
Currently, Aaron is pursuing his Ph.D. in Mathematics Education at Indiana University Bloomington. His research centers on educational equity, particularly the role of early numeracy and the impact of systemic barriers on access to advanced mathematics pathways. He is also exploring the intersection of mathematics, education and law.
